On May 9, 2026, Martin County, Florida law enforcement arrested Henry Roldan Perez-Roblero and charged him with felony sexual battery of a victim under the age of 12. Perez-Roblero, a Guatemalan national, crossed into the United States illegally in January 2021 as an unaccompanied alien child.
